overview:
Two year degree, with one year spent at Kent and one year at the Centre for European Studies, Jagiellonian University. This programme is designed to provide an advanced understanding of the EU within a global context to those wishing to specialise in European affairs and prepare for a career in the EU policy-making sphere or as a specialist on Europe in the rest of the world. It also prepares students for various careers in politics-related jobs such as public administration – at the Union, state, regional and local levels – journalism, lobbying, NGOs
The programme offers a wide range of courses in International Relations, Comparative Politics, and Law, with particular focus on the constitutional design, processes of decision-making, public policy analysis, and the role of the EU in the world.  

programme duration: two years (4 semesters)

suitable for: This programme is designed for students wishing to pursue a career in European affairs and EU policy-making. Students of this programme study both at CES and at the University of Kent (Canterbury, UK), with either the first or second year spent in Krakow.

fees:

  • EU citizens – 3500 EUR for the 2013/2014 academic year at CES
  • non-EU Citizens – 4500 EUR for the 2013/2014 academic year at CES
